We messed up how we uploaded our art, and then promptly went out of town. A support person got in touch and told me about the issue, but because I was on vacation, I couldn't do anything about it. In the meantime, the support person was able to fix our file for us and sent it to me for approval. So easy, so awesome! The buttons were waiting when we got home. Perfect and great!
