I had a rush order with a little over a one-week turnaround. Called to make sure this was doable, and the staff was incredibly helpful in helping me arrange my order and set expectations, which they exceeded. My order was completed even more quickly than expected, and someone contacted me to offer updating shipping to a less expedited (and cheaper) option since the buttons was finished early. Thrilled with the product quality and beyond impressed with the customer service!
